On my iPhone 4 at least...
I took a 12:00n Ferry from Hoboken into Manhattan, as part of their free service, you can jump on any number of cross town buses upon arrival. On weekdays, these bus runs very frequently, but this is the first time I am taking it on a weekend.
Having sat in an empty bus with 3 passengers for 10 minutes, I pulled up their website for a weekend bus schedule, and was prompted a chat agent for Q&A. Surprisingly, the chat function worked fairly well on my iPhone's mobile Safari. It would have been sweet if they had a mobile friendly web page with this functionality enabled or even if they simply redesigned the chat box with more of a portrait box which would fit all mobile devices better.
Long story short, the support agent was able to confirm that my bus will depart at 12:30 on weekends... So I decided to blog about it to kill the time. Overall, I'm not all that happy about the wait but given support and clarity while sitting here makes it more bearable. (next question, it's now 12:31, where is the bus driver?)
